TERMS AND CONDITIONS

♦ Age is indicated based on birth year.

♦ Each room type is designed to accommodate only one (1) extra bed.

♦ Individual registrations do not include the option for an extra bed.

♦ Children (0-12 yrs old) require parental presence in the room for the duration of their stay.

♦ The camp fee covers a 3-day, 2-night stay, this includes 2 breakfasts, 1 lunch, and 1 buffet dinner.

♦ In the event of vacant slots in your room, individuals who registered independently will be assigned to occupy them. The team will contact you regarding the arrangement one (1) week after the closing date.

♦ All allocation and booking of rooms will be based on a first-come-first-serve basis.

♦ Transportation charges are not included.

♦ An additional charge of RM50 per person is applicable for round-trip bus transportation between Metro Tabernacle, Batu Caves, and Swan Garden Hotel Resort, Malacca.

– 30 May: Bus departure at 12PM SHARP from Metro Tabernacle, Batu Caves to Swan Garden Hotel Resort, Malacca.

– 1 June: Bus departure at 2:30PM SHARP from Swan Garden Hotel Resort, Malacca to Metro Tabernacle, Batu Caves.
