IC Teaching Style
1 DAY | Sat, 22 February | 9.30am-12pm; 1.30pm–4.30pm
IC stands for Inspiring and Captivating. It also sounds like “I See” Teaching Style.
In other words, Teaching Styles are both, visibly interesting and exceeding captivating for the purpose of life-long impact.
Join us where you’ll learn how to enhance your communication skills for more effective teaching. This seminar will also help you develop a solid foundation for teaching, training, and presenting to your audience, all the while incorporating Biblical values.
This course is ideal for ministry/lifegroup leaders, teachers, educators, instructors, and trainers who are seeking to enhance their teaching effectiveness and create more engaging and inclusive learning experiences.
GUEST SPEAKER: Rev Nicholas Choo holds a B.A. in Psychology with Trent University, and a M.Th from Ontario Theological Seminary in Canada. He comes highly qualified and well sought after for many camps and training programs packaged for children, students, youth, parents and the family over the last 3 decades both locally and internationally.
Before You Say 'I Do'
3 Weeks | Sat, 8th March onwards | 1.30-4.30 pm (3hrs)
This course is for any couple who want to work at having the best possible start for their marriage and to develop strong foundations for a lasting marriage.
Areas covered include:
o The biblical foundation of marriage
o Financial planning
o Resolving conflict
o The expectation and roles in a marriage
o Developing a good sexual relationship
It is highly recommended for all couples preparing to marry within this one and a half year time. It will also help couples discover their strengths and growth areas.
Embedded in this course is the “Prepare Enrich Assessment” that will have a facilitator to journey you through it.

The Panoramic View of The Book of Mark
1/2 DAY | Sunday, 2nd March | 1.30pm-4.30pm (3hrs)
The Book of Mark is one of the four Gospels in the New Testament, traditionally attributed to Mark, the New Testament historian who comes closest to witnessing and understanding the life of Jesus, his ministry, crucifixion and resurrection.
You will understand the historical and geographical background and the timeline and sections of the book of Mark.
Join us for a panoramic view of this book as the church and LifeGroup’s venture into a 62-day devotional track on this gospel.
Stepping Up | A journey through the Psalms of Ascent
5 Weeks | Sunday, 9th March onwards | @1.30pm (2hrs)
This course explores the pilgrimage theme found in Psalms 120–134, the Psalms of the ascent. Traveling pilgrims would sing these psalms on their way to the festivals of the LORD and during the worship at those festivals.
These Psalms delve into themes such as unity, joy, gratitude, redemption, repentance, the power of blessings, dealing with ridicule, help from God and many more. Modern-day believers in Jesus today can gain valuable insights from these treasured Psalms as they seek to grow closer to God.
As you reflect, pray, and respond to these Psalms, you’ll experience a new level of intimacy with God.
How to Read, Understand & Apply the Bible
4 Weeks | Sunday, 9th March onwards | 1.30pm (1.5hrs)
Sixty-six different books. One great story! Many Christians want to have a deeper understanding of the Bible but are not sure how to go about it.
This is the course for anyone seeking to grow in their understanding of the Bible and how to apply its teachings in their daily lives. It will equip you with the skills and practices necessary for studying, understanding, and applying the Bible faithfully in everyday life.
Come and discover how your life connects with the story God has written in the Bible.

Discover the keys to personal victory and a life of freedom. Learn how to be victorious through the Word and the power of God that is at work in you.
New Lifestyle | Foundation 3
5 Weeks | Sunday, 9th March onwards | 1.30pm (1.5hrs)
Learn how to walk in the will of God and experience the abundant life God promises. Discover the new priorities and purposes in your life.
Know What You Believe
4 Weeks | Sunday, 9th March onwards | 1.30pm (2hrs)
Who am I and why am I here? What is God’s purpose for my life and what are the unchanging truths I can live by? You need to find answers to these fundamental questions to live a purposeful and meaningful life. When you know what you believe and believe what you know, your life will be transformed.
*This course is compulsory for those preparing for Water Baptism.
Teen Step Up 1
4 Weeks | Sunday, 9th March onwards | 1.30pm (1.5hrs)
Specially designed for our young teens (13 & 14 year old).
This course helps you to begin/strengthen your identity and spiritual walk in Christ.
Topics include:
- Special “Niche” (Relationship with God)
- Dig In (God’s Word)
- Dial/Text up (Prayer & Devotional time)
- Cool Identity (Water Baptism & Holy Communion)
