📌 COMMUNIQUE (Digital)
Closing Date for Booking: 15th of every month (event details w or w/out artwork)
Final date for artwork submission: 22nd of every month (Strictly for artwork only)
📌 Single tasks other than Communique
Request for Metro News: At least 2-3 weeks (before going live)
Request for Socmed: At least 1 week (before going live)
Request for App/Website: At least 1 week (before going live)
✏️ GRAPHIC DESIGN
Currently, only Level 1 event (without a coordinator) designs are supported by the Media & Communications Dept.
Note: A copy of your submission will be auto-emailed to you. You can use the link in the email to make any amendments to your submission. DO NOT SUBMIT multiple times for the same event.

KNOW YOUR EVENT LEVEL:
Level 1: Major Church-wide Event (e.g Christmas, Easter) which impacts 80-100% of the church congregation and the community.
Level 2: Major Ministry Event which impacts a significant amount of church congregation and community.
Level 3: Ministry events which impacts small amount of church congregation.
📌 PROJECTS with multiple tasks
Request must be made at least 3 weeks before the start of promotion (not to be mistaken with event day)
💬 Example of Level 2 Event with multiple tasks deadlines:
Event Date: 25 April
Start of promotion/registration: 4 April (2-3 weeks before event)
Comm request Submission: 21 March (2 weeks)
