Junior Graphic Designer (Full Time)
Job Responsibilities :
Qualifications:
● Understanding project requirements and ideas.
● Using graphic techniques to create drafts.
● Producing logos, banners, interfaces & etc.
● Design attractive and communicable graphics (print & digital)
● Pitching creative concepts.
● Using feedback from other designers to improve.
● Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design
● Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence and attention to detail
● Up to 1-3 years of working experience as a graphic designer (preferred)
● Experience with design software and graphics editing software, Adobe Creative Suite
● Strong command of design principles, typography, color theory, and conceptual thinking.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
● Knowledgeable in motion graphics and video editing skills will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities :
* Fluent in both spoken & written English and Bahasa Malaysia
* 3 years’ experience in Property Construction or Contracting, Building Management / Diploma in Engineering or M&E / Degree in Engineering or M&E
* Full initiative and ability to work independently
* Willing to work beyond the call of duty
* Strong leadership, communication skill with ‘hands on approach’ and collaboration skills
* Computer proficiency
* Below 55 years old

Technician
Job Responsibilities :
* Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
* 2 – 3 years experience in technical skills in Building Management or Maintenance / Electrical / Mechanical with Diploma / Degree
* At least 8 years of experience in Building Management / Electrical / Mechanical without a Diploma / Degree
* Able to be ‘hands-on approach’ for minor repairs on maintenance of building and Mechanical and Electrical works.
