Thriving Instead of Just Getting Through
Being a student today means being pulled in countless directions — school, grades, friendships, social media, family responsibilities, future plans. But amid all the noise, a deeper question remains: What are you actually pouring your time, energy, and focus into? Because what you treasure most is what your heart will chase — and where your sense of security will be built.

In this workshop, we'll have an honest conversation about the pressures of chasing success, acceptance, approval, status, and dreams. We'll explore why thriving isn't about doing more or doing less — it's about discovering what's truly worth investing in, so you don't just survive your student years. You thrive in them.
Processing hurt, disappointment  and healing.
We don't talk about it — the friend who used you, the person who let you down, the exhaustion of holding it together when you're barely holding on. Even Elijah, fresh off the greatest miracle of his life, ran into the wilderness, sat under a tree, and begged God to let him die. If he could hit a wall that hard, so can you — and it doesn't make you any less faithful.

This workshop is an honest space to name the hurts, betrayals, and disappointments we carry — and to discover what real healing actually looks like. We'll explore what forgiveness truly costs, and why it's still possible even when it feels impossible, because of the power of the Holy Spirit. And we'll make space to bring it all to God together — to vent, to grieve, to release and to let Him do what only He can do.
You weren't made to copy others, discover how God designed you to lead!
I believe Gen Z and Gen Alpha are the generations the Church has been praying for — for centuries. A generation unafraid to sacrifice for what they believe in, wired for justice and compelled to share what they've discovered. That's not random. That's by design — God's design.

And because of this, the enemy has been working hard to suppress what this generation carries. No generation in history has grown up facing what they face: unlimited information with no compass for truth, identities curated for approval, lives measured against endless comparisons and a culture quietly rewriting what truth even means.

This workshop is about exposing the specific lies being sold to this generation — and reclaiming the truth of who God made them to be.
God's Purpose Beyond Retirement
Retirement is more than the end of a career — it is the beginning of a new season of purpose. Yet many struggle with questions of identity, significance, relationships and what comes next.

Drawing from personal experience and biblical principles we explore how God often uses this season to reconnect us to Himself, our loved ones and His calling.

Discover how to navigate retirement with faith, purpose and confidence as you finish strong and continue bearing fruit.
Identity and Worth Beyond Your Job Title
Who are you when your job title, position, or achievements no longer define you? In a world where identity is often tied to success and performance, life transitions can leave us feeling uncertain and lost.

Through personal stories, practical insights, and biblical truth we will learn how God builds an identity that can withstand success, failure, career changes and retirement. Learn how to move from merely surviving life's transitions to thriving with confidence, purpose and lasting significance.
Finding Clarity, Conviction and Courage in a Crowded Life
Work demands. Family responsibilities. Church commitments.

Many of us feel squeezed between competing expectations — doing more, yet never feeling like enough.

This practical workshop tackles one of the greatest challenges facing modern adults: how to navigate work, family and ministry faithfullywithout sacrificing health, relationships, purpose or peace.

Through biblical principles and real-life experience, participants will learn to identify priorities, set healthy boundaries, make wiser decisions and live from intentionality rather than exhaustion.
Engaging the Generational Questions
Every generation asks its own questions about life, identity, purpose, and faith. Today's children and grandchildren are growing up amid shifting values and a changing view of faith, leaving many parents and grandparents wondering not just how to teach faith, but how to spark conversations that help the next generation embrace it for themselves.

This practical session explores how older generations can influence and nurture faith within their families. Through biblical wisdom and real-life experience, participants will better understand the questions younger generations are asking — and how to respond with grace, wisdom, and love.
Your first steps to Financial Well-being

Join us as we lay a strong foundation for campus and working young adults on financial freedom — both biblical and practical.

  • How to prioritise spending from the income that you earn.
  • The effect of compounding interest both in savings and spending.
